It is a wonderful feeling to be at peace, to feel connected to my heart as my heart is connected to God. There was a time that I lost myself. I devalued myself by defining who I was with other people’s standards. I went through my share of traumatic events in life, divorce, infertility, and job loss just to name a few things. I have taken the personal journey of healing, pulling back the layers of fear, insecurities and learning who I was and remembering to whom I belong.
A scripture that comes to mind is Psalms 23:4, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
Learning and healing is a part of the journey of life. I came to a place where I could feel my transformation from the inside out. I could feel the sun in my soul. I could feel that warming acknowledgment that God IS, and for me to just LET GO. Let Go of any preconceived notion of how things should work out. However, believe and know that things will work out for my betterment, and I will learn lessons along the way. (Gifts in the shadows). My external transformation was evidence with others acknowledging my light. My internal transformation was the peace that surpassed understanding.
As I began to ponder my life’s purpose, I realized that all the things that have happened in my life have prepared me and provided me with tools to not only help myself but to help others. As a life coach, I will help women like me step out of their box and into their life. I will help them create a beautiful life that they dreamed of, or thought was out of their reach. I started on my path to healing focused on one issue in my life and in the process uncovered so much more depth and richness within myself. I have transformed in ways that I could not even imagine. I am still growing, and I am here to help you on your path to your own healing and transformation.
